Mr. Khalid Khatib

President & CEO

Leading since January 202520+ Years Regional Experience

Mr. Khalid Khatib is the President and CEO of Tree Trunk Group, bringing more than two decades of regional leadership experience to the organization. His vision has guided the Group’s growth from a specialized service provider into a diversified business built on strong governance, operational excellence, and long-term value.

With an academic background in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, an MBA in Facilities Management, Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and a certification in Real Estate Management, Mr. Khalid combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. His experience across real estate, facilities management, landscaping, construction, and hospitality services enables him to lead every division with precision, adaptability, and a clear understanding of the market.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Khalid is an internationally recognized athlete who has represented the Qatar national cricket team and continues to compete in cricket leagues around the world. His sporting journey reflects the discipline, teamwork, resilience, and competitive spirit that continue to shape his professional leadership.

Mr. Frashad Khalid

Real Estate Leasing Manager

Oversees Tree Trunk Real Estate’s property portfolio from leasing and sales to tenant relations and asset performance. Working closely with owners, investors and the brokerage team, he helps strengthen occupancy, service quality and long-term property value across Qatar.

Mr. Fahad Ulde

Operation Manager, Real Estate & Procurement

Oversees real estate operations and procurement across Tree Trunk Group, coordinating resources, suppliers, property requirements and day-to-day execution. His work supports efficient delivery, strong vendor relationships and consistent operational standards across the business.

Mr. Abdullah Satti

Senior Lead, Marketing & Business Development

Leads brand strategy, partnerships and business growth initiatives for Tree Trunk Group. By connecting market insight with focused campaigns and new opportunities, he strengthens the group’s position across real estate, contracting and integrated services in Qatar.
